Strap Handled Firkin  |
The Firkin is approximately 10 " in diameter at the base (9 1/2" in diameter at the lid) X 10" in height without the strap. The strap is secured with musroom caps. The bentwood bands are secured with nails. The nails show signs of oxidation. The firkin has obvious wear from age and a stable split in the lid from use. |

Our Favorite Pantry  |
This pantry measures approximately 8 1/2"" in diameter X 4" in height. The pantry is in very good condition. The patina adds a slight red tint to the original finish. The lid of the pantry has loads of wear exposing the natural bare wood. Please note that on the inside bottom of the pantry is a small red stain. The pantry does have wear from age & use. |

This pantry measures approximately 7 3/4" in diameter X 3 5/8" in height. The pantry is in very good condition. Aged copper nails attach the seam along with small wooden pegs securing the bentwood construction. Please note that on the bottom and one side of the pantry are numbers written by hand in pencil . Perhaps it was used as a method for accounting of goods sold. The pantry does have wear from age & use. |
