This bowl measures approximately 5 3/4" in diameter. The bowl is 3/4" thick. The bowl has a slightly raised collared dry edge bottom rim. A wooden spatula is included with the bowl

The bowl does have wear from age & use.

Wood Bowls


Bowls are usually made from hard maple. The bowls can be carved from a large piece of wood or turned on a lathe. Bowls were made in various sizes The smallest in size were used for working spices and butter. The largest in size were used for working dough.

Bowls are usually plain. Bowls can be found with old paint usually on the outside only. Bowls may also have a raised outside rim.

Wooden bowls were pratical and durable. Their years of hard working honest use adds to the beauty of the priceless patina.
