Embossed Yellowware Bowl |
This early bowl is very large measuring approximately 13" in diameter x 6" in height. The bowl has a rolled rim with a collared dry edge. The bowl has no obvious flaws of cracks,chips, or hairlines. The bowl does have the typical manufacturing flaws and some crazing due to age.

Early Embossed Yellowware Bowl |
This early embossed yellowware bowl measures approximately 10" in diameter. The glaze is very shiny and the color is deep mustard.
The bowl has a flaw of a chip on the dry edge rim. The chip is not visible when the bowl is sitting upright. No other obvious flaws of chips,hairlines, or cracks. The bowl does have the typical manufacturing flaws that are very common in early yellowware.
